We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use StackFocus on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app and its design are the property of the developer and are protected by copyright.
The photos you capture, stack, edit and export are entirely yours. StackFocus processes everything on your device and never uploads, stores, or accesses your images. You are responsible for your own photos and for keeping your own backups.
Capturing, stacking and editing are free. Your first three full-resolution, watermark-free exports are free. After that, a single one-time in-app purchase ($4.99, or local equivalent) unlocks unlimited full-resolution JPEG/HEIF and 16-bit DNG export, with no watermark. There is no subscription. The purchase is processed by Apple, tied to your Apple ID, and shareable via Family Sharing. Restore it anytime from the app's settings.
Please don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, or use it to break the law. That's about it.
StackFocus is provided “as is.” Photography depends on your device, subject, light and technique, and results will vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for lost photos, missed shots, or any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Keep your source frames until you're happy with a stack.
This license is between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and is not responsible for any product claims, warranties, or third-party intellectual-property matters, which are the developer's responsibility to the extent required by law.
We may update these terms; the updated date above will change and the new version will be posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions? [email protected]
